How to Use Your Neti Pot
Three easy steps. Less complicated than flossing, we promise.
Mix It Up
Uncollapse your Neti Ready® fully and put a 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt or premixed saline packet (for 8 oz of water) in the big hole on the top of the neti pot.
Pour distilled, boiled, commercially bottled, or micro-filtered water at body temperature in the top of your Neti Ready® until full and stir until all the salt or premixed saline packet is fully dissolved.
Tilt & Pour
Lean over sink or in the shower, tilt your head at a 45 degree angle and insert the nozzle tip of your Neti Ready® into your nostril, holding the neti pot with your hand. Pour gently & slowly into your nose until you feel water flowing through your nasal passage out of your nostril. Use 1/2 the water in the neti pot.
Breathe Free
Repeat on the other side of your nose in the opposite nostril using the other 1/2 of the water left in your Neti Ready®. Blow your nose gently.
